  • 3. Warranty - Scope of Coverage

    In accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (hereinafter, LGDCU), any lack of conformity that may arise within a period of 2 years from the delivery of the product to the consumer or user will be dealt with 

    The customer shall inform THREE SCREWS company without delay of any defect, by e-mail or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within the first 14 days after reception of the product

    This does not include defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, unsuitable tension, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use.

    In case of a claim recognized as justified and admissible by the company THREE SCREWS, the customer will only have the right to the replacement of the defective product or to its reimbursement, under the condition of applying an obsolescence coefficient, excluding any other compensation, of whatever nature, especially for direct or indirect damages. In any case, if there are duly verified defects, the transport costs to and from the place of delivery (delivery and return of the products) will be paid by the company THREE SCREWS.

  • 4. Right of withdrawal

    The company THREE SCREWS informs you that you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need to justify it. This period of withdrawal will expire 14 calendar days after the acquisition of the material possession of the products. 

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an unequivocal statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, either to the email address info@rubensanchezdancewear.com, or to the postal address C/ Mossen Reig 7 2-7 25008 Lleida. If you choose to withdraw from the contract, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request as soon as possible by email.

    To comply with the withdrawal period, it will be sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right by you is sent before the expiration of the corresponding period. 

    In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments you have made and received by us, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method that we offer), without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you send us proof of delivery, whichever comes first.

    We will proceed to make such refund using PayPal or bank transfer. In this case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund unless the means of payment you have chosen has some cost for THREE SCREWS in which case we will inform you of the cost, which will never be greater than that which we bear.

    In no case the right of withdrawal will proceed in the cases foreseen in the article 103 of the LGDCU and in particular in the letter c) of the above mentioned precept relative to the exception of the right of withdrawal in the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

    We remind you that in any case the sale of shoes from this website that involves some customization according to the specifications of the consumer will not proceed the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the supply of goods made to the consumer's and user's specifications or clearly personalized.

  • 5. Online dispute resolution

    In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online conflicts between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two.   • 6. Terms of payment

    Payment can be made either by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

    Payment by credit card

    To make the payment by credit card the client will have to provide THREE SCREW, the card's owner and number, the expiration date and CVV code. These data will be managed directly with your bank, which is in charge of the secure payment of your purchase. We accept the most common types of cards.


    In order to pay through PayPal, the customer will manage the payment through their PayPal account with their username and password.

    Bank Transfer

    The client will make a transfer (this will take about 2-3 days to become effective, depending on the entity) or deposit to the account that THREE SCREWS. has in the

    In the concept the client must indicate his name and order number. Afterwards, he will send a proof of payment to info@rubensanchezdancewear.com

    The costs of the transfer will depend on each entity and will be paid by the buyer.

  • 7. Delivery terms

    The delivery of the purchased goods will be made within a maximum of 120 days from the conclusion of the contract.

  • 8. Price and deferred payment of the price

    The amount to be paid by the CUSTOMER is that indicated in the contract or final economic budget shown at the time of purchase sent to the customer to the email provided.

    It will be possible if the CLIENT requests the deferred payment of the price in the following terms:

    - First payment: The customer at the time of purchase will pay the amount corresponding to 50% of the total amount.

    - Second payment: The customer will pay the amount corresponding to 25% of the total amount within a maximum period of 30 days from the signing of the contract.

    - Third payment: The customer will pay the amount corresponding to 25% of the total amount until reaching the total value, taxes and fees included, in any case within a maximum period of 60 days from the time of purchase. 

    In the event that the agreed payment is delayed more than 60 days from the date of purchase and before 60 days after the agreed date of delivery to the customer referred to in Article 9 of these conditions of sale, the legal interest for delay in force at that time shall be applied.

  • 9. Resolution for cause attributable to the customer:

    Causes for resolution attributable to the customer are the lack of payment on the due date of any amount payable by the CUSTOMER.

    If the good is manufactured, or is in the process of being manufactured, the client will lose the amounts that he has paid, and he will also have to pay THREE SCREWS, 100% of the agreed price.

    If after 60 days from the agreed date of delivery the client continues to refuse to receive the equipment and it is in THREE SCREWS' warehouse, the furniture will remain the property of THREE SCREWS, understanding that the CLIENT renounces to the good, all this without prejudice to the payment of the total compensation.

  • 10. Claims of orders not received

    If after the stipulated time of delivery, the customer has not received the order, he should contact us by mail to info@rubensanchezdancewear.com and as soon as possible we will contact the transport company to solve the delay.

    It is also, cause of resolution of the present contract, the non-delivery or delay in the same one, for cause attributable to THREE SCREWS, in more than 45 days from the date foreseen in the contract. 

    In such a case, once this period has passed, the CLIENT can communicate by e-mail or by registered mail to THREE SCREWS, his decision to resolve it. Once this communication has been received, THREE SCREWS will return to the customer the amounts he has received from him until that moment, with the legal interest.

  • 11. Returns

    No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the celebration of the order if it is in perfect condition. If this is the case, the amount of the same will be returned to you in the form of a voucher at THRE SCREEWS for your future purchases.

    Under no circumstances will the return of shoes be accepted from this website if they are personalized according to the consumer's specifications.
